JOINT-X is a complex formula of 4 ingredients, designed mainly to contribute to the maintenance of normal joints. It contains the well-known and popular Glucosamine Sulphate, Chondroitin Sulphate, Gelatin and Methylsulfonylmethane, also known as MSM (Gelatin is hydrolyzed collagen).
Take 1 serving (1 capsule, four times a day) preferably with meals. Use this product in conjunction with food as part of a healthy, balanced diet, not as substitute for such.
