Yes, as long as it hasn't been dispatched. Contact us with your order number as soon as possible. Once we confirm the cancellation, any payment you made is refunded. If the order has already been dispatched, you can use the returns process instead.

Standard delivery for online orders is free all over Lebanon.

Yes, within 5 calendar days of delivery, if the product is unused, unopened and in its original packaging with the safety seal intact. For health and hygiene reasons, opened supplements, foods and other consumables can't be returned for a change of mind. Contact us first with your order number and wait for our return instructions. Return delivery is at your cost. You'll find the full conditions in our Refund and Returns Policy.

Yes, for eligible unopened products within the same 5-day window, subject to availability. If the new product costs more, you pay the difference; if it costs less, we refund the difference. Return delivery for an exchange is at your cost.

Contact us as soon as possible, within 5 days of delivery where you can, with your order number, a short description and clear photos of the product and its packaging. After checking, we can offer a replacement, an exchange or a refund, depending on your preference and stock. Please don't send anything back before we give you return instructions. Unless we agree otherwise, return delivery is at your cost.

Once the product reaches us, we aim to inspect it and approve or decline the return within 3 business days. For an approved return, we start the refund within 5 business days. Refunds normally go back to the original payment method. For cash-on-delivery orders, you can collect the refund in cash at our store or receive it by bank transfer, as agreed with us.

Most products on our website are from Scitec Nutrition. We also list two products from Metabolic Nutrition: E.S.P. Energy Stimulating Pre Workout and Beta Alanina 300 g.

On the product label. On most product pages you'll also find the recommended use under the Nutritional Info tab, together with the serving size and, where the label includes it, a reminder not to exceed the recommended daily amount. If anything on the label isn't clear, ask us.
