What makes plant-based protein good?

If you are a committed vegetarian or vegan, or for some other reason (such as an intolerance) you prefer not to consume animal proteins, you will have to look into your options for plant-based protein sources. These, however, do not have a full amino acid profile as even if they contain all the essential amino acids, their relative ratio does not match human needs, as opposed to animal protein sources.
