Already in the Middle Ages, milk thistle was a recognized medicinal plant. It is no coincidence that the Herbal Section of the Hungarian Pharmaceutical Society chose it as Herb of the Year in 2013. Its active ingredient, silymarin, is produced by extracting the seeds of the marigold.

Recommended Use
